Technology and client communication

We are able to offer customized, up front fee quotes for family court cases based upon our experience in family law cases and by utilizing technology to maximize our efficiency in representing you.   Our communication with clients relies heavily on technology.  You will always have access to us regarding your case, but we do have parameters regarding how and when we communicate with you. If you expect regular case updates via telephone, if you are not comfortable communicating by email or if you require paper copies of documents to be mailed to you, then this firm is not likely a good fit to meet your needs. We encourage you to seek another, more traditional family law attorney who may be better suited to meet your communication needs.  A personal email address is absolutely required for representation.  An iPhone, Android device or other smart phone is very highly recommended.   You should also have access to a laptop or desktop computer.
