Compromises by both parties allow each spouse to keep the assets that are more important to them in return for giving up the assets that are most important to the opposing party.

Unfortunately, we can't control how the opposing party will approach the proceedings. We'll start with establishing your goals, ascertaining issues that are less important to you, and hopefully working towards a resolution that is acceptable to both spouses.  However, if the opposing party insists on fighting, we can and will suit up for battle.
